• Lead and manage the Quality team supporting ROI operations
• Monitor and evaluate process performance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Conduct regular audits, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and training needs
• Prepare and present quality reports and insights to management
• Ensure adherence to client-specific quality metrics and SLAs

Job Requirements

• College graduate (required)
• With at least 1 year Team Lead experience in a Healthcare account
• With Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) background
• Proven Quality Assurance (QA) experience within healthcare or ROI processes
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to drive performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
