The Hub Operations Officer reports to the Senior Business Development Manager. Spearheads the implementation of Hub Standards. Prepares strategies and conducts training together with the training team to improve Customer Service that would result to growth in sales, higher efficiency and productivity of Hub Store Operations

b. Store Order Fill Rate

c. Customer Complaint Management

• Supervise daily HUB store operations, Order receiving and processing
• Customer concern and complaint handling in branch
• Coordinate stock and inventory issues to Head Office
• Assist in Marketing initiatives for branch
• Coordinate with and assist branch pickers and delivery riders
• Scheduling and routing of deliveries
• Ensures timely order picking, transacting and dispatching – 0% Late deliveries
• Order picking, packing and staging
• Branch level flyering, saturation and other marketing efforts
• Coordinate and assist with branch corp sales, store picker, delivery riders, cashiers and control officer
• Keeps track of delivery files, acknowledgement slips, delivery rider logs & other WMGD related admin files in store

• Graduate of Bachelors degree or any 4 year course.
• With experience related.
