We are looking for a Marketing Creative Specialist who can handle both graphic design and content planning to strengthen our real estate brand presence. This role combines creativity with strategy — from designing eye-catching property marketing materials to planning and scheduling engaging content across social media and digital channels.

The ideal candidate is both a visual storyteller and a content strategist, able to create compelling designs and align them with a content calendar that attracts and converts potential buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collaterals such as property brochures, flyers, posters, and online ads.
• Create engaging social media graphics, website visuals, and event materials.
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for property launches, campaigns, and promotions.
• Write or adapt copy for posts, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align creative outputs with business goals.
• Ensure consistent branding across all design and content platforms.
• Track performance of content and recommend improvements for better engagement.

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and/or content planning (real estate industry experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Strong copywriting skills for marketing and social media.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content management.
• Ability to conceptualise campaigns and turn them into visuals and content.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
