説明
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to promote beauty products across various channels.
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others relevant to the beauty industry.
- Create content ideas for promotions, campaigns, and product highlights (photos, captions, reels, etc.).
- Monitor trends in the beauty industry and competitor activity to guide marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators for collaborations.
- Organize and execute marketing events, launches, and in-store promotions.
- Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure aligned messaging and branding.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
要件
- Graduate of BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course
- With at least 2 - 3 of experience in marketing or related roles
- Familiarity with TikTok and ecommerce platforms is a big plus!
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends & branding strategies
- Proficiency in tools like Canva and Photoshop is an advantage
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing campaigns
- Proven experience in content creation and cross-team collaboration
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to work on Monday to Saturday
