· Manage company's social media community daily. Develop and execute strategies to enhance user engagement and community impact.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, especially with key contributors.

· Regularly organize online/offline events to prompt members to create quality content and boost engagement.

· Collect user feedback and analyze data regularly, to provide optimization suggestions for brand development.

· Handle other Marketing admin tasks as required.

· Fresh graduates from the top universities in the Philippines

· Open to both Filipino and Fil-chi candidates

· Willing to work in different provinces or their hometowns

· Strong interest in sales, retail, and channel management

· Undergo comprehensive training at HQ office

· Rotate through various sales departments, including Retail, Channel Sales, etc.

· Gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, market expansion, and business operations

· Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus!
