要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of technical support experience in IT.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software, strong communication skills, and basic networking knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance, resolve user issues, and maintain IT systems.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require shift work and on-call support.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
