The IT Manager for Business Application and Solution Delivery plays a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business objectives to drive operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation.
This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, ensuring that business applications are effectively designed, developed, implemented, and maintained to support organizational needs.
The IT Manager for Business Application and Solution Delivery is essential for ensuring that enterprise applications and IT solutions align with business goals, improve operational processes, and enhance user experience.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
With Industry Certification (preferred but not required) ITIL, PMP, Cloud Solution, SAP, and other ERP.
Hands-on experience implementing ERP, CRM, HRIS, Financial Systems, or other enterprise applications.
Strong background in business process analysis and optimization to enhance system performance.
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of business applications from planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT solution delivery, enterprise applications, and business process automation.
Strong background in BI and Analytics Tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BW)
