要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting and communication skills, both written and verbal, proficiency in talent acquisition and social recruitment.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours; flexibility may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and team-oriented mindset.
