• Menu development and costing

• Ensuring high standards of food quality and consistency

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a comparable leadership role within a professional kitchen.
• Demonstrated expertise in Filipino cuisine is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing traditional and possibly modern interpretations of Filipino dishes.
