Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines. 


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in achieving growth objectives by managing lead generation, optimizing CRM systems, overseeing sales and marketing teams, and executing impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing management, CRM tools, and digital marketing.


  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Set and monitor goals for SDRs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms like Apollo and Pipedrive for effective lead tracking.
  • Design and execute lead generation strategies to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Lead SEO initiatives and oversee web development to enhance online visibility and user experience.
  • Manage our client’s online presence across platforms to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, promotions, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and innovate new strategies to achieve measurable growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Expertise in managing CRM platforms like Apollo and Pipedrive.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategy, digital marketing, and web development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales functions, including SDR teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Proficiency in executing email marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
