• Ensure that KPIs are achieved – EMAU (Engaged Monthly Active Users aka active monthly user count) – collaborating with GCash Jr. Product Management Head to align forecasts and plans to manage cross-functional executions. The GCash Jr. Product Management Head manages the relationship with the Tech team for Product Builds and Improvements and the Product Roadmap.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews as well as campaign performance monitoring, working with Analytics & Insights Team and Product Management Head.
• Lead planning and implementation of marketing activities for Acquisition, Resurrection, and Retention of users and monitor performance for optimization
• Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns & programs to maximize impact on business results.
• Manage budgets and ensure timely budget accruals
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to ensure that communications and Go-to-Market executions drive education and conversion
• Collaborate with the larger Marketing organization for any GCash Masterbrand campaigns
