  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct financial analysis, prepare budgets, and provide financial forecasting.
  • Prepares and analyzes monthly financial reports
  • Prepares and monitors mall's operating budget and forward plans
  • Monitors and manages GAE - related expenses
  • Daily sales audit of ancillary business collections: parking, cinema, snackbar expenses
  • Assist in BIR preparation and filing
  • Assists in annual audit of external auditors
  • Other tasks as may be required
  • Work location: Ayala Malls Vermosa

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, budget analysis, and communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
