About the role



AHD Advance Communication System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting Head to join our dynamic team in our Makati City office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the company's financial integrity and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full range of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and accounting

• Ensure all financial records, processes, and controls are accurate, compliant, and in line with industry standards and best practices

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, identifying trends and insights to support strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support business initiatives

• Oversee the finance and accounting team, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management

• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and best practices, and implement necessary changes

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role

• Excellent knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights

• Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, including ERP systems and data analysis software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance and accounting teams

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and professional accounting certification (CPA or ACCA) is a plus
