Job Function:
Responsible for the clerical works involved in the general upkeep, maintenance and management of administrative and engineering operation for the store and building facility (standalone/stores with mall).
Responsibilities
Handle administrative functions
Coordinate with different departments with regard repairs and maintenance
Compile and submit Safety Reports to DOLE
Compile and safekeep permits and licenses
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Terminals (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
