Position Title: Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer

• The Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer provides technical support for the maintenance and repair of company-owned buildings and facilities. The role includes fieldwork (e.g., permit processing), coordination with maintenance personnel and contractors, and supporting the
• Property Manager in ensuring timely implementation of maintenance programs and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• This is a technical role with hands-on involvement in daily operations, suited for candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and an engineering license.

• Assist with technical documentation such as reports, basic plans, and project updates.
• May occasionally step in to support maintenance personnel in basic troubleshooting.
• Provide technical input to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities.
• Review and sign plans, technical drawings, and other documents within the scope of his/her professional license, as part of the role's regular responsibilities

• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant field.
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of building systems (e.g., lighting, elevator, genset, FDAS, solar panels, STP, plumbing).
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance programs.
• Able to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
