Description
As a Dental Virtual Assistant(U.S), you will work directly with our clients—doctors (Dentists) and other dental professionals based in the USA. Our goal is to help our clients improve workflow, save time, and eliminate the burden of in-room documentation. Additionally, Dental Virtual Assistants can assist with back-office and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, excellent customer service & communication skills, and be well organized. You must be a team player. Multilingual is a plus!
Experience in dental assisting or dental office work is a plus, but not required.
We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.
Schedule:
- Training period (part-time): 2 weeks - 20 hrs./week. (Tue-Fri US EST time)
- Once the training is successfully graduated, the transition may lead to a full-time position.
- During involuntary or voluntary training attrition, the training fee will not be paid.
- Production period: Cover Mon-Sun US EST time (Including 2 rest days, but possibly work during weekend), but flexible depending on candidate skills & office needs.
Pay Rate: USD 4~5 / Hour (Negotiable)
Duties and responsibilities
- Greet patients virtually at reception desk, answer phones, schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and on time.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collect and verify patient insurance benefits.
- Communicate with patients to provide pre-operative instructions and appointment information.
- Enter relevant data into systems and update patient information as required.
- Monitor patient progress and assist in tracking and documenting treatment plans.
- Support dentists and other professionals, collaborating effectively with the team.
- Assist in billing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to billing guidelines.
- Work with the same client consistently, leading to the development of a long-lasting work relationship.
- Maintain confidentiality and always adhere to HIPAA regulations.
