• Daily monitoring of shipment compliance based on platform SLAs
• Monitor fulfillment metrics and performance
• Appeal and dispute point person on all fulfillment related escalations. 
• Coordination with 3PL and platform support on BAU and events. 
• Contingency planning on possible missed pick-ups (drop off, etc.)
• Review of platform stocks vs system stocks 
• Claim management
• Documentation and reporting of all disputes, claims, and other platform documents/communications

• 18 to 35 years old

• College Graduate

• Customer-oriented with pleasing personality and good communication skills.

• Flexible

• Highly trainable and must be capable of multi-tasking

• with relevant experience
