About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and engaging Content Creator / UGC Model from the Philippines to join our team. This role requires creativity, reliability, and a strong sense of storytelling to deliver authentic and compelling UGC-style video content. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and the ability to produce high-quality educational and marketing materials — including YouTube video content — that align with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce engaging and high-quality video and photo content for various digital platforms, including YouTube.
• Develop educational and informative materials that connect with the audience.
• Apply creativity and storytelling to deliver authentic, relatable, and effective UGC-style videos.
• Plan, film, and edit YouTube content that aligns with the company’s branding and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, message, and visual presentation.
• Stay updated on social media and YouTube trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, UGC Model, or in a similar creative role.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Professional and engaging personality with strong communication skills.
• Confident on-camera presence and natural storytelling ability.
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media and YouTube content trends, tools, and analytics.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
