Content Specialist (EDM Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and edit EDM marketing content, including new product launches, campaign promotions, and user education materials.
• Design personalized email content and sending strategies based on user segmentation and behavioral data to improve open and click-through rates.
• Manage and optimize email sending processes, monitor delivery performance, and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with operations, design, and marketing teams to ensure email content aligns with brand image.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or E-commerce.
• Minimum one year of experience in EDM marketing or CRM operations, preferably in finance, cryptocurrency, or internet industries.
• Familiarity with EDM tools and data analysis methods, with strong data sensitivity.
• Solid copywriting skills with a user-centric and conversion-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in English with the ability to independently write and edit EDM content in English.
