Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our Ramen on Wheels team. The cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring accurate cash and POS operations, and providing excellent service to enhance the customer’s dining experience.

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries about menu items
• Accurately take customer orders and input them into the POS system
• Handle payments (cash, card, digital wallets) and issue receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
• Assist in packing takeout and ensuring correct orders are given
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
• Ensure sufficient change and supplies at the counter
• Support the team in basic food service tasks when needed

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• With prior cashier or food service experience is an advantage
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly
• Can work in a fast-paced and mobile food environment
• Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
