- Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural and engineering projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate modeling and coordination.
- Utilize software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve issues within the model.
- Maintain project documentation and specifications.
- Support project delivery by adhering to timelines and quality standards.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-6 years of experience in BIM modeling.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks), strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential site visits; may require overtime to meet project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, teamwork-oriented, proactive problem-solving abilities.
