Role Description

Grow Capital Partners is looking for a highly motivated Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting deal execution, financial modeling, market research, and client relationship management across a range of corporate finance and investment advisory mandates. This is a full-time, hybrid role. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or related fields
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Financial Analysis and Investment Management skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Canva)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience in the investment management industry is a plus
