説明

  • Conduct recruitment and sourcing activities, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
  • Organize and maintain 201 files for all employees, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies.
  • Generate reports as required by the Executive Office.
  • Prepare memos and other communication materials.
  • Process requests for payment and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare meal forecasts and coordinate food requirements with the concessionaire.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of meal services and address any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee events, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to the dissemination of the company's brand message and values.
  • Support IT and Executive Office departments with various administrative tasks.
  • Assist IT with internet connectivity issues and basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist in events and banquet setup, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
  • Provide assistance during events and support guest needs as required.
  • Monitor office equipment and peripherals; perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
  • Execute other tasks assigned by the direct superior.

  • College Graduate preferrably IT ,Business Administration courses.
  • With experience in admin tasks, Hr tasks.
