  • Monitoring merchandise inventory costing by coordinating with Purchasing and Logistics.
  • Fixed assets monitoring through tagging, assigning of assets, and creation of depreciation schedule.
  • Submission of monthly Merchandise Inventory and Fixed Assets accounts reports.
  • Preparation of Semi-Monthly Payrolls, including employees’ contributions before payday.
  • Preparation of monthly statutory contributions filings and payments, computation of 13th month pays.
  • Other tasks related to OTMSR Compensation & Benefits requirements.
  • Monitoring and creation of reimbursements, liquidations schedules, and cash advances.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Must be trustworthy
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
