About the role



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Master Specialist to join our dynamic team at INFOSYS BPM in BGC, Taguig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the vendor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to support our procurement and purchasing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Onboard new vendors and maintain existing vendor records in the system

• Verify vendor information such as contact details, tax ID, and banking details to ensure accuracy

• Process vendor changes, updates, and deactivations in a timely manner

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of vendor master data

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve vendor-related issues

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Provide support in vendor management activities as needed

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree

• Minimum 18 months of experience in vendor master data management or a related field

• Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with purchasing and procurement processes

• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements

• No issues working 100% onsite set-up

• Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift

• Work location: BGC, Taguig
