Keterangan

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
Request and compare quotations from multiple sources.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply issues.
Stay updated on market trends and pricing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven work experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (1-2 years preferred).
Good knowledge of sourcing and vendor management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
