Find On-site/Hybrid Jobs

Participate in the entire process of site selection, design, construction, and delivery for new mining sites in the United States;

Involved in the acceptance inspection of mining equipment upon arrival, installation, debugging, and the formulation and continuous optimization of operational SOPs;

Coordinate with local EPCs, power companies, custody clients, and regulatory agencies in the United States to ensure compliance with timelines, power supply, and regulations;

Establish a remote monitoring and data collection system to produce operational KPIs, fault analysis reports, and cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement plans;

Frequent business trips to the United States while balancing global supply chain responsibilities and reporting to headquarters.

We hope you possess the following qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Electronics, Automation, Energy, or related fields;

• Over 2 years of experience in data center/server cluster/mining operation and maintenance/blockchain infrastructure;

• Familiarity with Linux, networking devices, monitoring platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.), and ability to read and write Python/Shell automation scripts;

• Willingness to travel frequently to the United States, possess a valid passport, and pass the background check for a U.S. B1/B2 or business visa.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in the deployment of a 10MW+ mining farm from ground up;

• Familiarity with mainstream mining machines such as Bitmain, WhatsMiner, Avalon, and experience in tuning and firmware upgrades;

• Knowledge of electrical primary/secondary systems and HVAC (AHU, water curtains, immersion cooling);

• Possession of a U.S. driver's license or connections within the EPC/power industry.
