· Identify and negotiate business opportunities, driving the sales process.

· Work closely with internal teams (such as operations, product engineering, etc.) to advance the payment business.

· Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.

· Establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

· Optimize the sales process and participate in team projects.

· 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in financial technology, with preference given to candidates with experience in blockchain, payments, or fintech.

· Ability to independently develop and execute sales strategies.

· Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with various levels and building relationships.

· Fluent in English and Mandarin, with cross-cultural communication skills.

· Strong interest in payments, blockchain, and financial technology.
