The Role

Strategic Program Leadership & Execution

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with WTW’s strategic vision, as directed by the Product Manager.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and governance structures to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead project kickoff and expansion initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared for market entry.


Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management

  • Serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and technology partners.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Maintain transparent and structured communication with stakeholders, including status reporting and executive-level presentations.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, including our third-party vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and implementation of platform enhancements.


Technology & Digital Platform Development Oversight

  • Work closely with WTW’s technology teams and external vendors to drive the successful development, integration, and launch of platform features.
  • Ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business needs, regulatory requirements, and market expansion strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-time-zone collaboration, bridging the gap between teams in different regions to maintain project momentum.


Governance, Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Establish strong project governance frameworks to align with overall program requirements.
  • Set up reporting cadence and structured communication mechanisms to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Conduct regular program reviews, tracking progress against key milestones and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and business case creation to inform decision-making and optimize project execution.
