- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workshop objectives and outcomes.
- Facilitate group discussions, ensuring inclusive participation.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilitation.
- Mentor junior facilitators and contribute to team development.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in workshop design and facilitation.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Adult Education, Workshop Design, Adult Learning Principles, and Digital Tools.
