Description
- Develop, maintain, and monitor workforce schedules to meet operational demands.
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to align staffing with business needs.
- Analyze real-time data and adjust schedules as needed to ensure optimal service levels.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduler in a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Willing to work onsite
- Must be available to start immediately;
