Your days will be filled with:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Marketplace Optimization
• Improve supply-demand matching, user retention, and conversion rates.
• Feature Development
• Identify, prioritize, and implement features that enhance the user experience.
• User Research
• Gather insights from hosts and residents to build user-centric solutions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Work closely with the tech team (developers, designers) to ensure seamless execution.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Use analytics, A/B testing, and key metrics to drive product improvements.
• Automation & Scalability
• Identify opportunities for automation and scaling processes efficiently.
• Tech Team Collaboration
• Manage sprint planning, backlogs, and technical trade-offs with developers.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Align business, marketing, and operational teams on product initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a marketplace or SaaS company
• Proven experience in leading tech teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and KPIs
• Experience optimizing marketplace dynamics (supply-demand balance, pricing, onboarding, etc.).
• Knowledgeable of UX/UI best practices and the ability to work with designers
• Familiar with automation, integrations, and scaling tech products
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Background in hospitality (rental), proptech, or real estate platforms is a plus
• Has own equipment
• Ok to use a time-tracking tool
• Preferably can start ASAP

• At least Intel Core i5 (AMD Ryzen/Mac equivalent) with 8GB RAM (main and backup)
• Headphones (preferably with noise-cancelling feature)
• Web camera
• Minimum 30mbps internet connectivity
• Backup: 15mbps
