We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React.js and Next.js to help build high-quality, scalable, and user-focused web applications. You will play a key role in architecting frontend systems, collaborating closely with designers and backend engineers, and delivering pixel-perfect, high-performance UIs with smooth animations and real-time capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
• Implement features using SSR, SSG, ISR, and API routes in Next.js
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams during planning and implementation
• Build pixel-perfect UIs that closely match design specifications
• Implement smooth, performant animations and transitions
• Develop and maintain real-time features using WebSockets
• Create reusable, accessible UI components using headless UI libraries
• Ensure high code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technologies

• 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer, with significant experience in a Senior or Lead role
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js and Next.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Deep knowledge of Next.js rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR)

UI & Styling

• Extensive experience with Radix UI or similar headless UI libraries (e.g., Headless UI)
• Strong proficiency with Tailwind CSS
• Proven ability to build pixel-perfect user interfaces
• Experience implementing animations using Framer Motion or similar animation libraries

Real-Time & State Management

• Hands-on experience with WebSockets and real-time data handling
• Solid understanding of modern state management patterns:
• React Context
• Zustand
• Redux Toolkit

Testing & Quality

• Experience with frontend testing strategies and tools such as:
• Jest
• React Testing Library
• Cypress or Playwright

Nice to Have

• Experience leading frontend architecture decisions
• Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization
• Strong sense of UX, accessibility, and frontend best practices
