Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the web front-end development of AI core products. 2. Establish the front-end architecture for AI products and continuously enhance performance. 3. Stay abreast of industry trends and cutting-edge technologies to optimize product performance and user experience. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field (985/211 universities preferred); 2–5 years of front-end experience; over one year of core business experience in a major company; AI product experience is a plus. 2. Proficient in React and its ecosystem; solid understanding of Virtual DOM and Fiber principles; experienced with Shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS; proven track record of large-scale project performance optimization. 3. Skilled in Shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS; large-scale project performance optimization experience is preferred. 4. Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript; familiar with HTTP/WebSocket; capable of resolving cross-platform compatibility and memory leak issues. 5. Excellent cross-team collaboration skills; strong learning ability; experience in technical documentation or internal knowledge sharing is a plus.
