Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff management.
- Ensure efficient inventory control and stock management.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Train and mentor team members for optimal performance.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping processes.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels and team productivity.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Flexibility, strong organizational skills, effective staff coaching, personnel management, and team leadership.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with potential for long hours standing and physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, proactive problem solver, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
