Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing storage space to ensure efficient use of resources. 
• Logistics & Shipping: Coordinating the loading and unloading of goods, planning and scheduling deliveries, and managing the outbound shipping process. 
• Staff Management: Supervising, training, and directing warehouse staff, including organizing shift rosters and fostering a productive team environment. 
• Safety & Compliance: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting health and safety inspections, and ensuring the warehouse meets regulatory standards. 
• Operational Efficiency: Optimizing workflows, ensuring equipment is maintained, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs. 
• Technology & Systems: Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software to track inventory, manage operations, and streamline processes. 
• Coordination: Collaborating with clients, suppliers, transport companies, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely product delivery.
