Description
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns.
- Conduct monthly and year-end inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, passing 100% safety and cleanliness audits.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and sample productions.
- Oversee drivers' schedules, ensuring efficient routing and on-time delivery performance.
- Support fire safety inspections, ensuring zero non-compliance items during scheduled checks and maintaining up-to-date safety logs.
- File and securely store warehouse documents.
- Ensure safekeeping of warehouse keys, with no unauthorized access incidents.
Requirements
- A two-year diploma is acceptable; a college degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Excel, inventory systems).
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift moderate loads and work in a physically active setting
