Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials and supplies
• Verify quantities and conditions of items based on delivery documents
• Properly label, store, and organize raw materials and finished products
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts
• Prepare and release materials to production with complete documentation
• Conduct basic quality checks prior to issuance or delivery
• Coordinate with production, accounting, and logistics regarding inventory concerns
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related course is an advantage)
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage but open to fresh graduates
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation
• Physically fit and willing to perform warehouse-related tasks
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
