We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage and monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies. The role ensures accurate inventory records, minimizes waste, and supports smooth daily operations through effective inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and record inventory levels for all food, beverage, and supply items
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams for timely reordering
• Monitor stock usage and identify potential shortages or overstock
• Implement inventory control procedures to reduce waste and cost

• Proven experience in inventory or stock control, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
