Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service and enhance the dining experience.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently.
- Assist in menu preparation and daily specials.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of waitering experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, waitering, quick service, and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Serve customers, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with varying hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, friendly, and able to work under pressure.
