Job Description
- Assist in setting up event areas, including tables, chairs, linens, utensils, and buffet stations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a polite and efficient manner.
- Refill water, drinks, and replenish buffet items when needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the dining and service areas.
- Assist in plating, portioning, and preparing food trays as instructed.
- Coordinate with supervisors, chefs, and other staff to ensure smooth event flow.
- Clear tables, remove used plates and utensils, and manage waste properly.
- Follow event service standards, safety rules, and proper hygiene practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their needs.
- Help with post-event cleanup and packing of equipment.
