Description
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience.
- Take and accurately relay food and drink orders.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Assist with menu recommendations and special requests.
- Handle payments and maintain cash register.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions.
Requirements
- 25-35 yrs old
- assignment area: NCR/PROVINCE AREA
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of waitering experience in a restaurant setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication, customer-oriented, and strong hospitality skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Serve food and drinks, take orders, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, quick-thinking, and able to work under pressure.
