Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
- Serving food and beverages, taking orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills, ability to work in a quick-service restaurant, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long hours, and occasional weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work as part of a team.
