- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Handle payments and provide change when necessary.
- Assist in training new waitstaff as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a waitering role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service, effective communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, reliable, and a team player.
