- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation is up to standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in the training of new staff members.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a waiter or service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, waitering, hospitality skills, and teamwork.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and possess a strong work ethic.
