Description

  • Greeting customers: Welcoming guests and introducing them to the menu
  • Taking orders: Taking food and drink orders from customers
  • Serving food and drinks: Delivering food from the kitchen to the table, and serving non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
  • Ensuring satisfaction: Checking that the food is correct and looks presentable, and communicating with customers to resolve complaints

Requirements

  • Customer service: The ability to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of customers
  • Multitasking: The ability to handle multiple tables at once, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail: The ability to be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
