- Develop and implement attractive visual displays to enhance product presentation.
- Analyze sales trends to optimize merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align visuals with brand identity.
- Maintain inventory presentation and ensure compliance with visual standards.
- Conduct regular store audits to assess and improve visual merchandising techniques.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong merchandising skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Create visually appealing displays, manage inventory, and collaborate with the sales team.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, requiring flexibility in schedule.
