- Evaluate visa applications and supporting documents.
- Conduct interviews and assess eligibility based on immigration policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of application processes.
- Provide guidance on visa regulations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with applicants and government agencies.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws.
- Other Admin tasks
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or immigration services.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential for extended hours during peak seasons.
