- Provide administrative support including scheduling and email management
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Manage social media accounts and online presence
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk support and MS Office; strong English language skills; excellent time management, written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide administrative support, manage schedules, assist with communication, and maintain records efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Primarily remote work, flexible hours with potential for occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
