Virtual Assistant Required

We are now looking for a person who is highly reliable, accountable and self-driven for the position of Remote Virtual Assistant.

Work hours:

Mon-Sat, 10am to 7pm, SGT, hours are non-negotiable

Tasks:

• Non-voice telemarketing required to be done (training provided)
• Monitor work and feedback to management and specific contractors
• Secure and work with confidential information
• Monitor marketing and assess quality and improvements in the existing companies and processes.
• Generate Daily Reports of the team and Self

Qualities you need to possess:

• High standard of work and expectations of herself
• Organised
• Self-driven
• Punctual
• Able to follow up to completion

Personal Infrastructure Requirement:

Have to be in a location that is 100% not affected by power cuts, typhoons or have internet connection issues.

Have to have own windows laptop, mouse and headset.

Have to have own WFH set up.
